LUSH. Ah LUSH, there isn’t a shop on the high street that beckons me more than LUSH. If me and my boyfriend are on a shopping jaunt LUSH is on our hit list and after a crappy monumental hormonal skin outbreak a few weeks ago, LUSH is who I turned to for ‘HELP!!’  So I picked up Tea Tree Water toner water to aid in the battle.

I’ve long known the goodness that is tea tree – coming from Mother’s knowledge in old school spot treatment methods – so I was drawn to this product when hunting for ‘save my skin’ products.  I did also take recommendation from Jenn Im of clothesencounters after she featured this product in her monthly favourites. So HAD TO TRY.

The product description contains 5 lovely ‘A’ words; Antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial, astringent and antiseptic. Which in my head means ‘F**k you acne. Language I know – sorry Mum. The ingredients list is short and sweet too which is good I count 6 ingredients; Tea Tree Water, Grapefruit Water, Juniperberry Water, *Limonene, Perfume and Methylparaben.

So I’ve been using this now for a month and I really like it! Bonus time - the pesky under-the-skin lumpy bumpiness that was taking over my forehead has all but gone. I’ve used in every morning and evening- I don’t normally tone twice daily but this is so gentle and soothing. It’s a lovely fresh smelling product and it leaves skin feeling equally as fresh. It’s done a good job clearing the grime and grit off my skin and absorbing excess oil, that my skin is looking so much better and I’m feeling far less gross. It’s so reasonably priced too, I paid £.7.95 for 250g which is too great. It lasts ages also as you only need 2/3 spritzes on a cotton pad and you’re off.

Thanks LUSH you got my back.
